
Small Groups are informal gatherings of individuals and families that provide an opportunity for spiritual growth.
Catalyst groups are a curriculum based groups designed to help the participant learn and understand God's word through reading and honest discussion.
Starting Point - This is a small group for people seeking, starting, or rediscovering a relationship with God. Starting Point introduces people to Jesus Christ, covers the basic teachings of Biblical Christianity, and helps them get started on their journey of faith with God. This group will meet on Sunday mornings for 13 weeks beginning in September & January.
Women’s Small Groups – An opportunity for women to gather and be challenge by scripture on modern issues that are relevant to their lives. Women's groups begin in September and January and meet during the school year.
Knights of the 21st Century – A large group teaching environment combined with small groups. This is “a study which focuses on a man’s core identity and gives an overview of basic manhood issues. It will help men deal with various identity issues by looking back at past wounds and other things that may have distorted their idea of biblical masculinity.” Meets Wednesday morning beginning in September at Salem Evengelical and Reformed Church. Community groups are relationship-based groups for providing spiritual encouragement and building friendships. These groups meet in homes during the week. Please contact the church office to find a group near you that works with your schedule.
Support groups are needs based groups that bring together people that are working on the same challenges, providing encouragement and biblically sound solutions to life's struggles.
