Mission: To glorify God by equipping believers to become disciples who do the work of reaching and discipling others, resulting in the building up of the church. Statement of Faith: We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, supernaturally inspired; without error and is the final authority on all matters on which it teaches for every generation and every person. We believe that there is one God, eternally existing in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - each possessing the attributes of deity and these three are one God. We believe that God created humans to have fellowship with Him, but they defied God by sinfully going their own way. As a result, we need God's saving grace to end our alienation from God. Salvation comes only through God's grace - not human effort - and must be received personally by repentance and faith. We believe that Jesus Christ, second person of the Trinity, lived a sinless life on earth and voluntarily paid for our sin by dying on the cross as our substitute. This made salvation possible for all who by grace place their faith in Him alone. He rose from the dead and is the only mediator between us and God. He will come again personally, bodily, and visibly to this earth to set up His millennial Kingdom. We believe the Holy Spirit draws sinners to Christ and equips the believers for personal growth and service to the church. We believe the church's role is to glorify God and provide the necessary means for every believer to become mature and serve God. We believe that everyone will experience bodily resurrection and the judgment. Only believers will enjoy eternal fellowship with God. Church History: Core Values: |
