Elder Team: Our elders are a team of them who meet the biblical qualifications of an elder. The elder team includes the pastoral team leader and volunteers from CCC. They oversee direction, doctrine and discipline matters within the church.

Ministry Team: Our ministry staff includes paid and volunteer leaders. They oversee the primary areas of ministry at CCC - children, student, worship and small group. They handle the day-to-day operations in the life of the church.

Deacon Team: Our deacons are a team of men who meet the biblical qualifications of a deacon. They handle the physical and financial operations of the church. They serve behind-the-scenes managing our facility, property and the finances of the church.
